This equipment is a combination of an AI scanning & nesting machine and an intelligent CNC cutting machine. The cutting machine automatically detects board position information, identifies defects, performs automatic nesting, and carries out automatic positioning for processing. The JXH AI2060S features a single table, single camera, and single gantry. The JXH AI2060D features dual tables, dual cameras, dual gantries, and is equipped with two sets of controllers.

Suitable Applications of the Machine

1. This machine is primarily developed for the intelligent cutting of solid wood lumber (including softwoods, hardwoods, and other solid wood boards). It can handle rough-sawn lumber with waney edges (board thickness variation ≤ 1mm). Within the suitable length and width range, operators can place the board at any position on the table, and the machine will automatically locate and process it.

2. Mainly suitable for processing irregularly shaped peripheral boards and planed/surfaced boards.

3. The machine can automatically tree bark, knots, cracks, and other defects, and also allows for manual marking of areas to be avoided.
