Machine Overview

 u Left and right independent dual workstations, with two cameras scanning simultaneously and two processing zones running at the same time. Different wood types, different thicknesses, and different material lists—all handled by one machine. Doubles productivity, halves labor requirements.

Applicable Materials

This machine is specifically designed for solid wood cutting, covering various types of solid wood boards including pine, mixed hardwoods, and more. It is suitable for rough-sawn boards with natural edges (thickness tolerance ≤5mm) within 30mm thickness. Operators do not need precise positioning—boards can be placed anywhere on the worktable, and the machine will automatically recognize and position them for processing. Vacuum adsorption is available. It is primarily suited for efficient cutting of irregularly shaped stock and planed/surfaced boards.

Core Functions

l Intelligent Defect Recognition

Automatically detects natural defects such as bark, knots, and cracks, and intelligently avoids them. Manual marking is also supported for special processing requirements.

l Automatic Nesting of Irregular Boards

Automatically identifies the contour and shape of rough-sawn boards, and the AI generates an optimized cutting plan to maximize material utilization. Supports mixed nesting of multiple product types, enabling simultaneous processing of different items in one batch.

l CAD Hole Processing

Allows for automatic generation of hole processing paths based on product CAD drawings, meeting the precision requirements for detailed parts.

l Production Data Management

Preset the total quantity for each product, with real-time display of completed quantities. After each batch, a data report is automatically generated to facilitate production tracking and management.

l Near-Fully-Automated Operation Experience

From scanning to nesting to cutting, the entire process runs intelligently with simple operation. One operator can manage dual-station simultaneous processing.

Two Models

The JXH AI2060S features a single worktable, a single camera, and a single gantry, processing one board at a time.
The JXH AI2060D features dual worktables, dual cameras, and dual gantries, and is equipped with two sets of controllers, allowing two boards of different types and thicknesses to be processed simultaneously.

Technical Parameters

Wood AI Scanning System – automatically scans wood contours and avoids wood defects.

Intelligent Nesting System – automatically generates the nesting layout with maximum material utilization. It allows input of hundreds of different products simultaneously, and supports settings for cutting depth, micro-joints, and layered cutting. The dual-station CNC cutting machine can process different boards and different cutting lists at the same time.
