JXH AI Cutting Machine — Product Introduction
Machine Overview
• Designed primarily for solid wood cutting — including loose-grain timber and hardwoods — with intelligent layout optimization. Accepts rough-sawn boards with thickness variance up to 10 mm, within the specified length and width range.
• Best suited for processing irregular-edged and rough-sawn boards.
• Automatically detects bark, knots, cracks, and other defects; manual override also available to mark exclusion zones.
• Automatically identifies irregular board shapes and generates optimized cutting layouts to maximize material yield.
• Supports preferential processing for priority product types.
• Pre-settable target production quantities; real-time display of completed count.
• Near-fully automated intelligent processing with simple operation.
• Generates a processing report after each board is cut.
• Patented product — exclusive globally.

(Large-format industrial vision camera) (Dual spindles (upper and lower) equipped with helical milling cutters)
Large-Target Industrial Vision Camera
A wide-field, high-precision industrial vision camera is mounted above the scanning area, providing accurate board imaging and defect detection.
The machine features an upper-lower coaxial dual-spindle configuration fitted with helical milling cutters, delivering high-precision milling cuts.
• Designed specifically for rough-stock solid wood processing, the machine frame uses heavy-duty welded steel construction with internal reinforcing ribs, heat-treated for stress relief.
• The bed is precision-machined by CNC gantry milling and precision-drilled to ensure high accuracy at every stage of operation.
• The machine consists of a board scanning zone, a board processing zone, and a control system.
• Scanning Zone: A flat platform with a positioning fence where boards are placed manually. A high-precision industrial vision camera with matched lighting is mounted above. (If ambient light interference is present, an optional auto light shield is recommended to ensure stable scanning.)

• Processing Zone: Comprises high-precision cutting tools, workpiece clamps, board hold-down devices, drop-discharge, belt conveyors, and power drives.
To ensure cutting speed and precision, the machine uses coaxial upper-lower tool clamping driven by a high-power 7.5 kW / 18,000 RPM spindle motor (standard configuration). Tool diameter is typically 5–8 mm. The workpiece clamping system works in conjunction with the board feed mechanism to form the cutting path. All moving components run on high-precision linear guide rails. After processing, finished parts and waste fall simultaneously and are carried out by a horizontal conveyor belt at the machine base; manual sorting of finished parts from waste is required.

• Comprises motion control, product path analysis, computation, and data I/O subsystems.
• Uses a reputable-brand PLC combined with a PC running on Windows, ensuring stable and reliable operation. High-performance computer hardware makes operation and maintenance more convenient.
• A purpose-designed anti-interference data exchange system further improves PC stability.
• Equipped with advanced AI vision algorithms that analyze captured wood images, extract usable areas, avoid defects, and generate optimized cutting layouts.
• Because the board data is captured as a 2D image, the overall thickness variance of boards must be kept within approximately 10 mm.

• Supports network connectivity.
• Required production quantity must be entered for each part pattern.
• Before execution, an optimized nesting is displayed on screen for operator confirmation.
• After nesting generation, operators can manually rotate, move, add, or remove part patterns to achieve a satisfactory arrangement.

• Fault alarm display included.
• Management data available: shift output, machine-on / machine-off times, etc.
• Small air reservoir installed to ensure stable pneumatic component operation.
• Electronic pressure gauge for flexible air pressure adjustment.
• Automatic lubrication oil injection with adjustable cycle intervals and low-oil alarm.
